Does Chqbank charge commission or fees?
- No, we will not charge you a single rupee for our services.
Will there be difference in rate or offers if I walk into bank for my loan?
- No, we will get you the same rate of interest and offers, will try to get a better options as well with speedy service.
Do you guarantee of getting a loan?
- We will try our best to get the loan processed and disbursed, but we don’t guarantee as its dependent on your financials, credit score and other factors
What are types of secured loans?
- Home loan, Mortgage loan, Loan against property, Auto Loans, Gold Loan or any loan which requires to submit collateral is a secured loan
What happens if I don’t repay loan on time?
- One must always pay loan EMI on time, if loan EMI are missed it impacts your financial history. Thereby impacting your credit score. Any reduction in credit score, will affect your future loan eligibility.
What is credit score?
- It’s simple, it’s your financial report card. How many loans taken by you, your credit card usage, your repayment track record and there by computing a score. If you have loans and have paid on time without missing due date, then you have a good score card & vice versa.
Am I supposed to give collateral for personal loans
- No, Personal loan doesn’t need any collateral or security.

My credit score is good, still my loan rejected?
- If you have recent default in payment on loan EMI or credit card payment, it will impact your creditability irrespective of your score. There might be other factor as well like job stability, constant income flow and other underwriting parameters.
Am I supposed to visit Bank or Branch?
- We will try to get the loan processed through online journey or personalised door step service. Only in rare scenario, we might have to visit the branch.
